Is HIPAA training included?
Yes. The learning hub includes HIPAA and privacy courses and other compliance courses. Each person who finishes gets a certificate of completion. The courses support your own compliance program; they do not certify compliance.
Can a trainer come on site?
Yes. A Decurion trainer can train your team in your building or over video, in any mix you choose.
Do new hires get trained later?
Yes. New staff take the same role-based courses in the learning hub, and we can schedule a live session for them.
Does Optio help with the platform?
Yes. Ask Optio how to do something in Decurion and it answers from OnDec lessons, naming the lesson so you can open it.
